Desarrollo de Metodologías ágiles de Capacitación para Pequeños Productores de TRIAS: Un Estudio de Caso

Abstract
El presente trabajo analiza las metodologías de capacitación implementadas por INNOVACENTER y TRIAS, enfocándose en su impacto en pequeños productores en Ecuador. Esta investigación tiene enfoque cualitativo con un diseño de caso exploratorio, centrándose en productores mayores de 18 años de diversos sectores productivos que asistieron en los últimos cuatro años y que participaron activamente en las capacitaciones, excluyendo a quienes no completaron las capacitaciones. Se aplicó la técnica de la entrevista, observación y análisis documental para evaluar la efectividad de las capacitaciones realizadas a los productores. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que las metodologías implementadas por INNOVACENTER y TRIAS tienen una alta relevancia y efectividad en la promoción del emprendimiento sostenible en contextos rurales ecuatorianos. Sin embargo, se recomienda reforzar la sistematización y evaluación continua. Este estudio destaca la importancia de adaptar las metodologías a los contextos locales y la importancia de la colaboración entre instituciones para el éxito de estas iniciativas.
