Human Settlements, a spatial dispersion to organize in Manabí.

Abstract

The current human settlements have been given and sustain features of the original social organization product of the proximity, familiarity and relationship of its inhabitants, who achieved mastery of the context that spatially configured the community, a constitutive element of the internal jurisdictions of the provinces, cantons and parishes of Ecuador, from which some control is exercised through state management, despite the fact that the structuring of these jurisdictions is perceived as dispersed, fragmented without the planning action of the state having effect, requiring a sense that meets the jurisdictional with the population that gives organization to human settlement, as well as to related activities or factors that intervene in the territory; being important, this aspect requires reviewing the formulation and strategic, programmatic and operational intervention of the local government's competence management, not only in regulatory matters, but also in spatial organization. This organization, of the proposed ordinance, would have to verify the implications in the framework of public policy in terms of basic satisfactions, and if it is also outlined to correct imbalances, dispersions or isolations given in the population-jurisdictional conformation of the province of Manabí.
