Análisis de las tasas de femicidio en Ecuador periodo 2014 - 2023: Un enfoque criminalístico

Abstract
La temática de estudio permitirá analizar la tendencia de los femicidios en el Ecuador en el período comprendido entre 2014 y 2023 e identificar factores sociodemográficos asociados con su ocurrencia, la metodología mantiene un enfoque mixto de alcance descriptivo, diseño no experimental y con función al tiempo retrospectiva; los datos para el cálculo de las tasas de femicidio provienen del Ministerio de mujer y la Justicia y las proyecciones poblaciones del Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos; entre las técnicas estadísticas se propone una caracterización univariantes de los indicadores así como la construcción de gráficas de series de tiempo para valorar la tendencia de las tasas de femicidio; entre los resultados se observó una tendencia creciente del fenómeno lo que deja al descubierto la ausencia del cumplimiento de las leyes de seguridad hacia la mujer por tanto se hace un llamado al talento humano encargado de combatir los actos de violencia contra la mujer y específicamente al personal designado para administrar la justiciar en los casos de femicidio; a la par de concientizar al grupo de mujeres a defender sus derechos en pro de garantizar su vida.
