Abstract
La necesidad de docentes altamente desarrollados profesionalmente es crucial para investigaciones que mejoren la formación educativa. Este desarrollo va más allá de la transmisión de conocimientos, incluyendo habilidades sociales, investigación y propuestas prácticas. La investigación se centra en los criterios de los docentes sobre su desarrollo, resaltando la importancia de competencias investigativas en la educación superior. Estas competencias mejoran la calidad académica mediante tecnologías como inteligencia artificial y Big Data, transformando la investigación docente. La metodología incluye revisión bibliográfica, trabajo de campo y análisis de resultados, con el objetivo de estudiar su impacto en la formación docente, promoviendo el pensamiento crítico y la calidad académica. Por lo señalado, es vital explorar cómo estas competencias influyen en la percepción de los docentes sobre la capacitación, impulsando cambios de actitud y mejorando la calidad educativa.
