Analysis of the right to resistance from the standpoint of peaceful protest
Main Article Content
Abstract
The right to resistance, took a sumptuous role in the second decade of the 21st century. Globally, the self-determination of peoples organized in peaceful protests or transformed rebellions with an excessive level of violence showed that there is a need to model new government measures that adapt to the demands of the 21st century. What will be evaluated in this article is a social reality, which now with the innovative information technologies allows us to discover the context in which the different manifestations around the world originate. And with this we can compare the different realities and relate it to our social scheme; which will allow us to discover if we are facing the genesis of a universal ideological revolution or if each case simply corresponds to internal issues of the States which, if so, would allow us to formulate conclusions limited only to our national territory.
