Formative research and its impact on minority law resolutions

Abstract

At present there is a great problem where groups of people demand that abortion be legalized, while another group of people adopt the position of conservatives who do not accept abortion due to several factors, but the factor that stands out the most is the social doctrine of the Catholic Church. There are different options and circumstances to prevent and authorize abortion. The best option is to avoid pregnancy by prevention through education in schools, colleges and also the use of contraceptive methods. Perhaps it may be a measure which does not have much acceptance by society, but we have to be progressive with the laws and not stay stagnant for being conservative, as the law is coupled with the need of society this could be considered as a necessity of today's society. The objective of this article is to demonstrate why abortion should be legalized in cases of rape, it will be broken down little by little, in the course of the article will be demonstrated in detail as the prohibition of abortion is a social problem that is experienced around the world.
