Entrance System to Public Universities of Ecuador

Abstract
Education constitutes one of the systems of inclusion and social equity of the Regime of Good Living, in Ecuador, until before 2012, there was no national proof of admission to public universities, several filters, but the rule was simple to make long lines by a quota. Outside each third level Institution, all that changes with the arrival of the Unified Ser Bachelor exam. The objective of this article is to expose the social reality and the impact on the student population that arises, from the implementation of this system available by the Senescyt. For this we have used the mixed research method, making use of the quantitative procedure for the processing of the statistical material and in turn the qualitative method for a deeper analysis based on that numerical magnitude. a test qualified by the majority of its citizens as ineffective clumsy and exclusive. Concluding that education implies the obligation of the authorities to facilitate and formulate available, specific study plans without disproportionate limitations or that cause a kind of restriction for access to education at all levels.
