La inclusión de personas no-cisheterosexuales en los ámbitos universitarios: una revisión documental

Abstract
Se presenta resultados de una revisión documental sobre los trabajos investigativos en torno la inclusión de personas no-cisheterosexuales en los espacios universitarios. Se analizan los artículos de investigación en español sobre universidad y no-cisheterosexualidad publicados entre 2015- 2022 en bases de datos de acceso universal. Se identificaron 29 documentos, la mayoría refieren investigaciones realizadas en México, que centran sus esfuerzos en la medición de homofobia. Se encuentra como obstáculo la presencia de prejuicios y estigmas, además el reto central de los ámbitos universitarios es transformar la vida cotidiana de estudiantes no-cisheterosexuales más allá de los cambios legislativos. Se concluye que existe poca investigación sobre el tema, y sus resultados son poco alentadores para la experiencia concreta de estudiantes universitarios, requiriendo esfuerzos de los diferentes actores universitarios, por lo que se muestra la necesidad de mayor investigar e intervención sobre esta realidad.
